Clamps for Conduit Hoses and Cable inserts

Design of the inside surface of the clamp body prevents corrugated conduit hoses from sliding. Elastomer Insert for the safe and damage-free installation of single cables as an option. Chamfered edges avoid damaging of the conduit hoses. Available for all commonly used nominal sizes. Excellent weathering resistance, even under extreme conditions

STAUFF cable clamps - also known as CHC clamps, corrugated conduit clamps or corrugated conduit clamps - enable secure and efficient fastening of cable protection conduits and cables in different environments. With special elastomer inserts made of TPE, they ensure non-slip fastening and prevent damage to the cables. The clamps are also easy to install and can be flexibly integrated into existing systems.

Materials and surfaces

STAUFF offers cable protection clamps and clamps for cable inserts in various materials and surfaces for maximum durability:

  • Clamp body: Made of black polyamide (PA), hard-wearing and temperature-resistant

  • Inserts: Elastomer material TPE with a Shore hardness of 73 Shore-A for optimum grip

  • Metal parts: Optionally made of steel (phosphated or with STAUFF zinc/nickel coating) or stainless steel (V2A/V4A) for increased corrosion and media resistance

  • Special designs: Flame-retardant materials in accordance with international standards on request

Product variants and sizes

The cable clamps are available in different versions. While the clamp bodies are always standard clamps in accordance with DIN 3015, the inserts vary depending on how sensitive the cables are that the clamps are holding:

  • Standard series: For corrugated conduit nominal sizes from 10 to 48

  • With inserts: For secure routing and fastening of cables with diameters between 6 and 42 mm

  • Mounting options: Direct mounting, mounting with welding plates, mounting rails or profile rails and surface mounting
